1. Scope and agreement

These terms apply to Horse Reality Enhanced (HRE) and this project website. HRE is an independently developed browser extension for Horse Reality. The Horse Reality team does not develop, operate or support HRE.

By installing or using HRE, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not install the extension or stop using it. These terms do not replace Horse Reality's rules, your browser's terms or the terms of any other service you use.

2. Permitted use

You may use HRE for your own Horse Reality play on accounts you are authorised to access. Use the extension in accordance with applicable law and the current rules of Horse Reality.

• Do not use HRE to bypass paid features, access another person's account without permission, evade security controls or exploit game vulnerabilities.
• Do not use it to disrupt the game, overload services, harass other players or carry out fraudulent activity.
• Do not distribute altered copies as official releases or claim that the Horse Reality team publishes or supports HRE.

You remain responsible for your account and the actions you choose to perform. Any permission to use HRE within Horse Reality does not authorise misuse or exempt you from the game's rules.

3. Game actions and results

Some features read game information; others can change it using your existing signed-in game session. Depending on your settings, features such as Care All, Autonaming and Keep/Yeet automation may update horse details or move horses between blocks.

Review your settings, selected horses, templates and destinations before enabling or running a feature. Changes made in Horse Reality may not be reversible through HRE. Disabling or uninstalling the extension does not undo game actions already completed.

Predictions, scores, filters and stored records are aids to your decisions. They may be incomplete, outdated or affected by changes in the game. HRE does not guarantee particular breeding outcomes or game results.

4. Your data and backups

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Version 1.1.25 stores extension records in your current browser profile. Google sign-in and Google Drive sync are planned features and are not available in that version.

Keep backups of records you want to retain, especially before importing data, clearing storage, changing installations or removing the extension. Imports can replace existing data. The developer cannot restore records that have never been provided to them.

Review screenshots, backups and diagnostic exports before sharing them. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or information you are not authorised to share. Support files are sent only when you choose to share them.

5. Availability and updates

Version 1.1.25 is currently being tested. Features may contain errors, and compatibility depends on the supported browser and Horse Reality pages. Changes in the game, browser or other extensions can affect how HRE works.

The developer may fix, change, suspend or discontinue features or support. Continuous availability, compatibility with every setup and a particular response time are not guaranteed. Planned features are not a commitment to a release date.

Install updates from the official distribution source identified by the developer. If a feature behaves unexpectedly, stop using that feature and report the problem through the contact details below.

6. Ownership and third parties

HRE and this website remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms permit use of the extension but do not transfer ownership or grant permission to sell or republish it. Any separate licence supplied with a release governs the rights it expressly grants.

Horse Reality names, content and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. References to those services identify compatibility and do not imply ownership or affiliation. External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HRE and this website are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Take reasonable care when using features that modify game records or replace stored data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of HRE, including loss of game progress or locally stored data. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other protections you have under applicable law.

8. Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using HRE at any time by disabling or uninstalling it. Manage local storage, exported files and completed game actions as described in the Privacy Policy.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be explained before they apply to future use, and agreement will be requested where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or alter completed actions.
